This holiday season, you are invited to a space of peace, renewal, and connection, a space to show up just as you are and Be. Nurtured. 

This series is dedicated to our wonderful community and those who truly need it the most. We hope to restore hope by encouraging healing from within, and embracing love and unity — both for ourselves and one another.

What to Expect at each offering:

  • Gentle Movement: Slow, restorative yoga suitable for all bodies and experience levels.

  • Guided Meditation: Breathing and mindfulness practices to nurture calm and compassion.

  • Healing Intention and Dedication: A shared space for reflection, gratitude, and release 

  • A deep sense of connection and unity

  • The Gift of Presence and Surprise: — simply bring yourself AND there will be a VERY SPECIAL LULULEMON GIFTING at each offering for one participant

JANUARY 21 at 645PM Restorative Sound Bath with Carey and Cassandra

Any community members  seeking comfort, connection, or simply a moment of stillness amid the holiday season. If you feel you are in need of deep relaxation and a place to surrender please join us for any or all of these gentle, heart-centered yoga sessions.
