Elizabeth Gilbertson
Certified Holistic Nurse (HNB-BC) | Mind-Body Integration Specialist | Craniosacral Fascial Therapist
Elizabeth believes that when given the right support, your body can heal as it was designed to.
She has a passion for helping women and families break the pattern of generational illness and instead empower them to leave a legacy of generational wellness. Her work as an emergency department nurse for nearly a decade is what led her to shift her understanding of wellness and wellbeing and ultimately pursue a holistic approach to healing- mind, body and soul. Elizabeth still works part time in the emergency department but serves clients outside of the hospital setting through Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy.
It was late fall, 2019 when Elizabeth experienced a complete unraveling. After years of chronic stress, working night shift in the ER and living as a young millennial mom with two littles, she found herself in burnout, suffering from nervous system dysregulation and hormone disruption. However it was this unraveling that gave her the very pieces she needed to heal her unbalanced stress response and begin to design a life she loved – one filled with joy and purpose. As an ER nurse for nearly a decade, she saw the gaps in conventional healthcare especially when it came to addressing the whole person. Her own search for healing led her to craniosacral fascial therapy, a unique gentle form of bodywork with powerful results.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her 3 children. They like exploring new parks and the wonders that nature holds. she also loves to sneak away to read in a local coffee shop!
